Alix was an amazing asset to the Léché Desserts family. On paper, she was the Director of Business Development, but in actuality, she was so much more. She quickly applied her knowledge and experience throughout the organization and took initiative in educating herself in all areas of the business. She worked hand-in-hand with current retail, catering and wholesale clients as well as cultivating new relationships through the development of new outreach programs and events. In addition, Alix was responsible for the day-to-day logistics of the shop (scheduling, balancing budgets, inventory, product development, etc.) and management of the team. In 2014, Alix led a brand refresh which included re-defining our brand story, personality, look and culminated with the development of our new website.
